We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please note: eBooks and personalized items are not returnable.

If your print book was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please send details to: jenna@jennajacob.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
